Today the knight joins us bring us a message of working hard for our prosperity. As the work week begins after the American holiday Labor day we are being reminded that we need to get on our horse and direct it towards the prosperity we want and deserve. There are few hand outs in life, and this card is telling you that you have to take the reigns of your life and steer it towards what you desire. Yes that is traditionally the chariot card but I am getting this message in this card today, so many of us need a job or more money or want a more "homely" atmosphere in our lives but are we working towards it? We need to be unwavering in our decisions, realistic, and hardworking then what we desire will surely come much easier for us!

Today's Card Of The Day is: Six Of Swords

Today's card of the day doesn't quite fit the energy I am sensing for myself, but I suppose in some ways it's quite accurate. Today is all about moving on and moving forward out of trouble waters of the mind to calmer more peaceful area's of being. Today we are moving towards a Zen Like state- I like this card and the Rider-Waite card because the imagery tells me we aren't doing this alone we have a partner. Sometimes all we need is a companion to help us get back on track. Beyond this meaning there are other meanings to this card which become apparent when more than one card is drawn, these are: moving or changing locations, feeling down and out moving into depression.

Today we are joined by the powerful card the Ace of Swords. Today we need to not only look at things from a higher perspective, joined with spirit, but we also need to look at our ideas today. Today inspiration will come to us in the most unlikely of circumstances. Toady we also need to figure out the truth, and our truth:

• WHO ARE WE? 
• WHAT DO WE NEED RIGHT NOW?
• WHAT NO LONGER SERVES US?

These are just some of the questions we need to answer, today writing and meditation on these questions will help us prepare for the future! Today is all about the embodiment of the Air element, if we are having problems in this category than maybe it's time to connect with the element of Air.

• Sit in front of a Fan/AC unit 
• Hold a feather in your hand and notice how it "catch's the Air" 
• Write without any topic in mind just let the words flow even if illegible at first.
