Today we are joined by the Wheel of Fortune Card or, in this deck, destiny. This card speaks to us about a changing in our circumstances. As always this can mean a positive or negative force but I would like to focus on the positive because this card was up right. Today something occurs that is "fated" out to be, each choice we make affects the whole of our lives, it effects our destiny! Today we are lucky, because everything will change!

Today's Card Of The Day is: Balance

Today we need to do all things in moderation, this is not Temperance, but justice, but this deck has a different approach to the idea of Justice. Its all about balance, using the tools available to us to accomplish what we seek to accomplish. Each energy of the suits must be working together to really be in balance, wands actions/energy, cups emotions, pentacles homely/practical matters, swords ideas/inspiration. Today ask yourself are you balanced is one thing more highlighted than the other? Work today to find equilibrium.

Today's card of the day is: Solar Plexus Chakra 

Today we are joined again by a chakra telling us to focus our energy on this magickal power center in our body! This chakra rules our self-esteem and self worth, maybe something happened that is making us feel less than adequate today or maybe in general we just aren't feeling like we're the bomb, we'll guess what YOU ARE! YOU ROCK! YAY! You have a choice you always will on how you want your life to unfold how you want to be! You need to work on building up your confidence to see that you are an awesome soul- it's what's inside that matters, not the outside as our society would have us believe- sure looks have a little to do with it but at the end of the day it's what is inside that truly matters. I am sending each and everyone of you an extra dose of love today so that you may realize just how awesome you are!

1) meditation- visualize each chakra in order the color it is meant to be spinning like a vortex wash out any dark places with white lights.

Today's Card Of The Day is: Temptation 

Today we are going to have to make a choice between what we know is right, and what we may be tempted to do. The most interesting thing about this card is that if we wanted too we could get out of whatever situation we find ourselves in that is causing us inner turmoil and unrest if we just do something. We are the ones keeping ourselves in a state of mental unrest and unhappiness- we can break ourselves out of the chains that bind us it is going to take strength though- today look at the strength card and see if that imagery can be helpful to you on your journey. Don't push the key away that can free you!

Today's Card of The Day is: Disruption 

Today we have a more serious card joining us today, this card is telling us that we are about to go through something that is going to give us either set backs, a change or complete reworking of where we are/ want to be. This isn't necessarily a bad card- as I do not believe there are bad cards in the tarot- this is a life change something that is going to tear apart what we have built in our minds as true, and shake up our minds a bit. Yup this card is The Tower- but in this card it's Disruption, and I happen to like it's meaning and imagery a bit better than I like what the traditional tarot has come to mean. We are going to get ripped apart and then have to put ourselves back together- be prepared- but also know this isn't an inherently horrible thing, it's all about our perception of whatever events lead to this.....

Today's Card Of The Day is: Awareness 

Today we are joined by number one of the major arcana commonly known as The Fool or in this case awareness. Like the fool who is just starting off on our journey so does the idea of awareness, before we were unaware and now we are - about something- a new way of thinking, a new way of living,  a new mode of feeling, a new opportunity...  Either way before we did not know about this and now we do, this isn't just outwardly bound this is spirit inspired by the light and circle around his crown chakra, this is spirit opening a door for us saying "pay attention!" so today be sure to pay attention to spirit. Expect the start of a new way of thinking or new opportunity.

Today's Card Of The Day: Hope 

Today's Card Of The Day is Hope, hope is a wonderful card for us, something we all could use. If you have been feeling like why bother? Today spirit passes us the greatest gift of all- HOPE. We can do anything if we have hope or faith! This card shows me maybe someone else comes to give you a sliver of hope or it's given by spirit. Graciously accept it, don't shoot it down- understand that all emotions are necessary for a balanced being but dwelling on just one all the time is unhealthy. I am glad to see hope is here- what about you?

Today's Card Of The Day is: Sacral Chakra

Today I used the Psychic Tarot which is a favorite deck of mine, but this deck doesn't have all the traditional cards in it. Today the Sacral Chakra is highlighted telling me that we need to focus on our emotional self and our ability to feel- or maybe feeling too much... It's also about confidence and self worth- some of us may be feeling exceptionally down today- or on the flip side a bit arrogant. Either way this chakra is asking us to pay special attention there is an imbalance here for some of us.

Today's Card of The Day is: Shadow

Today we are using the Psychic Tarot by John Holland. The shadow card is akin to the Moon card in the traditional Rider Waite tarot. Today things aren't as they seem, there is an undertone of being kept in the dark about something, yet there is also the intuitive aspect heightened as well. Don't ignore your intuitive side but remember a good dose of mental intellect will do you good too. Today balance both parts as they are vital to making the best most positive choices here! We also have to think and focus on our dark side as well, we need to be sure our fears and ego don't run the show!

Today's Card of the Day is: Mental Conflict 

Today we are joined by not one of the best cards in the deck but for the hour or so I have been awake I can already see this manifesting in some of my friends and family members. Today we are stuck in a mental battle against ourselves, we are indecisive choosing to be in self pitty and depression. Today you are fighting with no one but yourself, so if you find yourself in a quarrel with another person sit back and really take stock if you are fighting with yourself or someone else, chances are in this case you are fighting with yourself. Only you're in charge of how your day goes, if you are in a bad place that is because either you believe that is all you deserve or t hat is what you are allowing today. I hope that my friends and readers choose happiness today over indecision, mental anguish, and depression. Sending extra big hugs.

Card of The Day: Sacrifice 

Today's card of the day comes and reminds us of the power of letting go and  putting our personal needs aside for that of the other people around us. This is a card of selfless love- love without expectations of anything in return. This card is also about being a martyr, but it also means taking a time out to seek out enlightenment, in the traditional tarot deck this is the Hanged Man. Sometimes we need to let go in order to get what we want, we need to let go our tight "a**" hold on our live and let the divine take the reins for a while then true miracles happen! If you have been hiding your true self from others this card also means letting go of that grip and being YOU! This card as with most majors in the Tarot has multiple levels to it; no matter what meaning you take from this card today- a period has ended *or is in the process of ending* and good things are on the horizon.

Today's Card of the Day is: "Transformation & Spiritual Union"

The Transformation and Spiritual Union should be switched.

Today when I was shuffling something really interesting happened another card flew out!! I do not believe in coincidences and I decided both cards needed to visit us today! It's also funny these cards are coming to us on today a Friday ruled by Venus! I could read this one of two ways, someones relationship with someone else will be ending and it's over today. OR today someones life is going to transform and shift into a deeper union a spiritual bond that both partners recognize. You know what I am sure both interpretations will ring true to at least a couple of my readers.

I am going to lean on the interpretation of someones relationship is going to transform into something more amazing and spiritual- remember not everything has to do with sex, this may never be a sexual relationship, this may be a deep spiritual platonic bond!

TODAY'S CARD OF THE DAY

Today's card is "Patience"

Today we are visited by the major arcana card of patience, better known as temperance. This is interesting imagry for a traditional card that usually has a beautiful naked woman at a pool of water mixing a divine mixture. This card tells me that some of us have some seeds we have (or about to have) planted that need to be nurtured (not over nurtured) with love, water, food and care. It also tells me a bit about over "checking" on something to make sure its doing what you want. Part of magick is the divine rule of building up power, shooting it off to the universe and then letting it go. What we see here is the divine showing us what this seed has the potential of being a beautiful flower, but it wont happen if we don't nurture it. This is also a spiritual card relating to our spiritual journeys we can't rush things before they are ready, sometimes journies take a while (a long long time before we see any "fruits of our labor"). Today be patient! 

Other meanings: take your time with making important choices/decisions, be patient with yourself and loved ones, make slow and steady progress on a magickal or spiritual goal- do so in a balanced state, allow spirit to intervene on your behalf.

Today is about building friendships and bonds, This is not necessarily a romantic day but a day of networking, signing and making deals (which was verified that today I signed a contract myself!). Be sure to do your homework before doing anything rash. This card also speaks of balance- male/woman- good/bad- hot/cold ect. Make sure it's an even and equal exchange.

Today's card is "Movement, Choices, Decisions"

Today we have to sit back and asses our situation, we need to look at all area's of our life, not just the problems spot, we have to pick an area to move forward with, and for some we may have some seriously hard choices to make today. This could relate to a new romantic interest, a new business choice, maybe a new expense such as a house or a car, this could relate to new ideas, or a major life issue such a health or the body. Either way the figure on this card uses more than just his/her intellect to make these choices, this person uses their intuition too, delve deep into your psyche the answers await in that in-between space.
